Anderson Knight is looking for a Estates Surveyor to work with one of our best clients. The company is well established and has operations all over the UK and internationally. This opportunity will be a permanent role based in Cheshire.

The purpose of the role is to help deliver specialist corporate real estate and estates management services in a public sector property portfolio, manage client relationships, ensure processes are adhered etc.

Principle Accountabilities (not limited to):

– Provide best value solutions

– Manage specialist sub-consultants

– Deliver general practice while hitting realistic KPIs and targets

– Approving payment of rent, service charges, insurance and other outgoings

– Negotiating with landlords and agents to secure the most beneficial terms and costs

– Customer relationship development, customer reporting and ownership of customer satisfaction

The company is looking for someone who is customer focused, someone who is good at building and maintaining positive relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years business experienced and be fully qualified to a professional level with a minimum of 2 years PQE with intermediate level qualifications.
