Key responsibilities
  • Achieve the budget profit levels & actively lead and direct the generation of revenue through the branches in your area
  • Maintain tight cost controls over all expenditure
  • Ensure the understanding and acceptance of the positive impact that high level of customer care and professional behaviour has on the continuing success of the company.
  • Ensure that lettings regulations and compliance are fully adhered to at all times
  • Provide the highest levels of professional leadership, motivation and direction to all staff employed within the area.
  • Deal with recruitment and staffing levels for your area
  • Motivate, and develop your staff by job coaching to ensure that the formal training is actively and regularly reinforced.
  • Ensure on the job coaching is also carried out by your Managers

  • Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
  • Worksop, North Nottinghamshire
  • Previous customer service and supervisory experience is desirable.
  • Target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised.
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
