Here at The Rickety Press , our food is highly refined yet simple. We offer a great selection of pizzas and burgers. Our pizza base is slowly raised and cooked in our Neapolitan wood fired ovens. We only used top ingredients, which gives us a fantastic result that people come back time after time. The beef burger patties are gorund in house using dry-aged beef rib & chuck. Our food is simple but we do not take any shortcuts in the process, which makes our food so great.
In a short amount of time we have achieved a fantastic reputation. This is down to our consistently great food … we plan to keep it this way through our growth!
To be a great team member in our kitchen you will need the following;
– A great eye for detail
– Adhere to company food & hygience / H&S policies
– Previous experience in a professional kitchen
– Able to work under pressure confidently
– Demonstrate good levels of communications & organisation skills
