In this fast paced and varied role, you will contribute across a wide range of HR activities. Responsible for an efficient end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process, and in partnership with line management, you will deliver innovative, cost effective campaigns to attract high quality candidates, maximising the use of direct sourcing methodologies, exploiting social media channels and acting as a key contact with third party suppliers.

As an HR Advisor, you will help to co-ordinate wide ranging training activities which facilitate and support staff development, assist with the evolution of policies and efficient processes, offer advice on varied ER matters and contribute to streamlined MI reporting.

To be considered for this role, you’ll have:

– Solid HR experience, gained at an advisory level
– High numeracy, as well as being data literate and ‘systems savvy’
– Well developed writing skills and a broad awareness of employment law
– Strong skills of time management and personal organisation

Positive, proactive and approachable, as an HR Advisor, you will bring a team player mentality and strong communication skills.

Alongside a degree/equivalent level education, you’ll ideally also have prior experience in a regulated or financial services environment and a full/part complete CIPD qualification.
