S Knights is recruiting for an accomplished National training provider, an exciting full-time permanent position for a qualified and experienced Registered general Nurse or Clinical Health Care Assistant as a NVQ Assessor specializing in Clinical care. Do you have a background in Nursing or Clinical Health Care? Are you looking for a career in Training & Education? The role will be based in a defined territory based in the Devon area.
Role and Rsponsibilities:
As an NVQ Clinical Health Care Assessor you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring apprentice learning and progress throughout the programme
The NVQ Clinical Health Care Assessor will be field based and responsible for managing a caseload of 35 – 50 learners in the workplace, ensuring progressing through the qualification and conducting monthly reviews.
As an NVQ Clinical Health Care Assessor r you will be managing a caseload of learners who are working towards level 3, qualifications in Clinical care
You will be supporting the learner with guidance, delivery and assessment of the Key Units to achieve the qualification.
The NVQ Clinical Health Care Assessor r will also be required to carry out all the necessary paperwork, ensuring high levels of Quality Assurance.
As an NVQ Clinical Health Care Assessor you will be covering the Devon area.
Experience and Skills:
Training qualifications are not a requirement as the client will put you through the qualifications of you are successful
Experience of working in a hospital as a Nurse or a Registered General Nurse or a Clinical Health care Assistant
Experience of delivering on apprenticeship programme within Work Based Learning Sector would be ideal
You will have occupational competency within the Clinical care
You must hold a qualification at level 3 or above in Clinical care
