Hello my name is Andre Aguiar I am 28 years old, married and I've been living in Ireland for 6 months. I am looking for a opportunity. I have plenty of experience in Japanese and asian food, I had my own japanese resraurant in Brazil and I left just to come looking for new professional challenges . My career started in the Army Force at 2006 until 2013 so attendance and punctuality are my strong points. I know how to do different kind of sushis (hossomaki, uramaki, futomaki, temaki, hot roll, nigiri, sashimi, joy etc... ) hot dishes (teppanyaki, katsu carry, yakitori, yakiudon, yakisoba, tempura, guioza, Spring Roll, Chahan etc..)
And sauces for tempura, curry, teriyaki, unagui, tarê etc..)
I really love what I do!
