We are looking for a commi chef de partie who wants to develop their career and learn new skills in a friendly and fast paced contemporary Japanese kitchen environment. Candidates should have previous relevant experience within a similarly high end kitchen but actual experience of Japanese food is not essential because we will teach you.
An outgoing and passionate approach for food and acquiring new skills is desired. Excellent knife and food preparation skills are a must. Catering qualifications are not essential. Candidates should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver Koji’s unique product and standards.
Salary from £20,000 – £25,500 which will be commensurate with experience
