With a minimum of two years Deputy Manager experience, you will have an outstanding working knowledge of the standards required by CSSIW/ESTYN and a genuine desire to develop, motivate and inspire the nursery team.
This role requires a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to providing high quality childcare and the ability to develop positive relationships. Salary circa £25k.
