To be able to work in all areas of Event Operations (Food, Beverage, Cloakroom, Doorman and Porterage), to create the hospitality experience for guest arrival to the hotel until their departure. To achieve guest delight by engaging, empowering themselves to serve and exceed clients expectations.
Responsibilities
To be in correct uniform and ready to work at least 15 minutes before the shift begins
To assist during set-up of rooms, lunches, dinners and bars
Greet and receive guests during drinks receptions, bar service and table service
Serve Food & Beverage to guests
Closely monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard
Ensure ‘We Always Care’ values are demonstrated at every service point
Deal with payment according to our policies and procedure
Flexible approach to working in various area of the department when required
Maintains high standard of personal appearance and high level of personal hygiene, as well as adheres to departmental grooming standards
Must have a good understanding of beverage, both alcohol and non-alcoholic to ensure the best experience and recommendations for guests.
