We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our high end country pub.
We need a Head Chef for this superb independent pub. Focus is on local seasonal quality produce. As the Head Chef you must be able to develop a young passionate team and be used to handling volume.
It is ESSENTIAL applicants have the following:
Financial understanding in budgets
High volume experience
Hands on in driving a team
Fresh Food
Head chef for at least 1 year
Experience in menu development
This is a great chance for an experienced individual to come into an exciting and busy country pub and really help push spectacular service and high standards.
You will be expected to lead the team from the front, delivering great food, constantly with the ability to grow and motivate your team. You will be able to have input onto the menu that changes throughout the year plus. This role is going to suit a Head Chef that can cook under pressure.
Salary up to £30k with bonuses.
