Cordant Care are looking for a large number of care assistants to support with the ever growing client group we look after.
Our clients are looking for competent, enthusiastic, reliable and flexible workers. We will support with training and ensuring you are fully compliant before you commence work.
All we ask is that you have 6 months experience in a health care setting. This will give you the opportunity to grow your skills, update your knowledge, complete complex and specialist training and gain more experience at our varied client groups.
Working with Cordant Care gives you the opportunity to work with a company not an agency. We will give you an employment contract to allow you to gain credit. We will also dedicate an office staff member to be your support line and with a 24 hour on call worker to help if you need.
Our 5 point recruitment process includes a face to face interview, 3 year referencing, DBS check, in house training and 6 month probation during your shifts and supervisions.
We endeavour to look after all of our workers with daily communication, regular training, 3 monthly supervisions and annual appraisals. You will be part of our monthly competition for Care Staff of the month and be entered into our draw for £200 high street vouchers.
