Service Centre Team Manager – Home Based Workers
£21,820 – £28,466 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of NHS Professionals Limited Operations Team. The role will be home based and the successful applicant will live within a 20 mile radius of Taunton & Yeovil.
The role will be predominantly home-based , however, the successful candidate will be required to travel to our Head Office in Watford, Hertfordshire 2 days per month and meet face to face with team members, as and when required.
Reporting to the Regional Service Manager you will provide a comprehensive and professional customer service to all internal and external NHS Professionals clients and stakeholders.
The primary responsibility of this role is:
- To provide a world class, professional, customer focused service, to our internal and external customers, via multiple channels of communication, working within or exceeding all Service level agreements and KPI’S.
- To maintain and improve customer satisfaction, by supporting your teams to deliver service excellence via all methods of communication.
- Managing your team in line with the business objectives and ensuring all performance targets and deliverables are met.
- To support with the continuous improvement & development of all your team members and continuous service improvement for our trusts and flexible workers.
You will have previous Call Centre / Service Centre experience, with the ability to coach and support a team of Call Centre advisors, to provide a first class customer service. You should be educated to A-level standard or equivalent. In addition, you should also have the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
Please note that our Service Centre hours are 06:30 – 22:00, 7 days per week and you will be required to work varying shifts between these hours on a rotational basis.
