At Prospero we are currently recruiting teachers with Special needs experience.
The successful candidates would be expected to take a strategic lead for pupil performance, assessment, recording and reporting.
The successful candidates will need to be motivating, creative and use their initiative to help support the pupils in all aspects of learning. The self-motivating candidate will need to be adaptable as they will face many challenges on a day-to-day basis.
In addition the successful candidate will also be responsible for leading an area of the curriculum. This can be agreed with the candidate depending on their strengths, interest and experience.
