Gaze A Glaze Ltd have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Window Cleaner to join our Retail Team who are ground level window cleaners for shops, pubs and restaurants in London. This role requires the candidate to be happy to ride a moped around London and have a CBT licence.
We are a small family business and offer job security and competitive rates of pay. We would like someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and presentable to join our reputable team who are fully uniformed and work to a professional standard.
Your duties will include;
• Window Cleaning using the traditional method
• Riding a moped around London to clean ground level retail sites
Applicants must have the following;
• A minimum of one year window cleaning experience
• Valid passport or birth certificate
• If applicable – a valid visa and right to work in the UK
• CV
• Two references
We are looking for someone with;
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time keeping as early morning starts are the norm
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Technologically able – jobs are accessed and signed off by the customer using a tablet
• A good knowledge of the London area
• Awareness of safety requirements
• A good level of physical fitness
Additional Information;
• Working hours variable Monday to Friday with early morning starts and some weekend work
• Candidates must be prepared to work outdoors in all weathers
• Salary dependent on experience, minimum salary of £70 per day (£18,200
per year), can increase to £80 per day for an experienced window cleaner (£20,800) plus three bonus
schemes – Wellness Bonus, Sales and a percentage of extra work over the minimum daily target.
