We are looking for the right person to join our growing team in our X1 Landlords Manchester branch. X1 Lettings is a rapidly expanding business with offices is Liverpool & Manchester and due to open in Leeds 2017.
X1 Lettings is the subsidiary company to X1 Developments, responsible for the successful completion and occupation of new developments and the competent management of occupied X1 sites. Our X1 goal is develop a culture built around exceptional people, exceptional products and exceptional customer service.
The Manchester office has an expansive number of developments opening over the coming 18 months starting with X1 Eastbank; a residential development of 108 units. The right candidates role will be based in the management of our International and UK Investors/Landlords; building an excellent relationship with them, responding to numerous enquiries, organisation of paperwork/files and ensuring payments are made on time. Our investors, and the customer service we give them are the key to the business; therefore, good communication skills, customer service and organisational abilities are crucial..
Key skills which the right candidate will possess is great leadership / teamship in order to get the best out of the team and develop each team member individually, building the right culture within the working environment, constantly striving to further improve the product and customer service and increasing levels of team engagement.
A background in property is not required or essential as training will be given.

Duties will include:
Main point of contact for landlords.
Making investment return payments.
Conducting viewings at properties with investors.
Management of all aspects surrounding investment purchases.
Contribution to the quarterly landlord newsletter.
This is an extremely busy and dynamic role which requires someone who is passionate, sociable, organised, well presented, has fast thinking initiative and who enjoys being part of a tightly knit team. X1 Lettings began trading in 2012 with three team members and has grown to a team of 30 in the space of three years. Plans are underway to expand nationally and no day is the same.
