An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of NHS Professionals Limited Doctors Team based in Watford.

The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive and professional recruitment and customer focused service to all internal and external NHS Professionals customers and stakeholders. You will provide an enhanced service level to key doctors clients across a range of placement, candidate and recruitment processes, and work closely with the local Client Relations Team to maintain a quality service for our clients. Acting as a “subject matter expert” for the Doctors Service you will troubleshoot issues between Trust, Workers and NHS Professionals through effective liaison and relationship building.

Key Objectives of the role

  • Create, build and maintain relationships with designated stakeholder Trust and internal NHS Professionals departments to ensure service issues are identified and resolutions implemented in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the client and / or worker
  • Working collaboratively to implement agreed programmes that lead to increased NHSP fill and reduced agency supply at your allocated clients
  • Work pro-actively to maintain and improve client satisfaction with NHS Professionals Doctors offering
  • Be a point of contact for flexible workers and clients responding to their queries and needs as required
  • To participate in the management of complaints and untoward incidents in accordance with the NHS Professionals policies and procedures
  • Identify client issues and problems relating to service delivery and facilitate timely and effective resolutions, escalating where appropriate
  • Provide a flexible, co-operative role covering for the absence of colleagues and the demands of the department. This may require working at other NHS Professionals locations.
  • Maintains accurate documentation and records following meetings, consultations or incident reporting with clients, flexible workers or line managed staff.
  • Responsible for developing improved partnership working with client Trusts.

This role would suit someone who has recruitment experience in a temporary or permanent agency environment that is looking to make a move in to on-site, RPO or in-house role.

With previous experience of working in a demanding customer focused environment you should be educated to Diploma level or equivalent. In addition, you should also have the ability to develop and deliver Service Improvement Plans, have experience of data analysis and use of databases and recruitment processes including, interviewing & assessment processes.
