As a result of increased business within our Professional Services function, we need to recruit additional team-orientated and target driven Pre-Sales Consultants to provide the necessary support for our Ricoh portfolio of products and services.

Operating as part of the Sales team, the role offers lots of variety where you will be involved in sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, concept work, assessment services and production of proposals. You will also be involved in the day-to-day reporting pipeline and performance to our pre-sales management team as well as actively participating in account planning and strategy sessions, both internally and with external customers.

With relevant experience in IT and/or Document Management Solutions, as well as in selling and solution sales, you will also have a comprehensive understanding of the technical and business concepts in Document Management, Content Management, Print Management, Workflow Solutions and Scan/Fax Technologies.

Important personal attributes include the ability to communicate and present a good business and technical solutions at all levels.

Knowledge and Skills required:
Extensive experience in IT systems integration with experience of large project deployment
Broad all-round knowledge of core categories (i.e. Client, Servers, Storage, Systems Management, Messaging & Collaboration, Networks/Security, Cloud)
Strong experience with the Microsoft portfolio in various sized deployments
Must have consultative selling / solutions selling experience
Must have demonstrated an ability to both propose and deliver technical solutions as well as an ability to design related ITS solutions within the ITS portfolio
Good presentation skills for undertaking presentations to both internal & external customers
High level of interpersonal skill
Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation
Ability to discuss complex IT issues at all levels both internal & external customers
Maintain Industry recognized technical accreditations as the role requires
Full understanding of the technical and business concepts surrounding the following areas would be a distinct advantage :-
oDocument Management
oContent Management
oPrint Management
oWorkflow Solutions
oCapture Solutions (Scan and Fax technologies – inc. F.O.I.P.)
