A growing and friendly business are looking to recruit Telesales Executives to join their team in Bridgend. Working in a relaxed but successful office, you will report into the Sales Manager and work alongside a team of up to 15 sales executives. You will be responsible for:
- Making outbound sales calls in response to leads and enquiries
- Conducting fact finds with customers to review and sell relevant products and services
- Working with a database of existing customers to offer upgrades and additional products.
- Working towards and hitting set sales targets
- Updating customer records and sending out relevant information
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous sales experience, either in a retail or telesales environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge objections
- The motivation and drive to work towards and exceed targets
- Excellent administration skills and experience of working on customer databases
- Money motivated and ambitious.
On offer is a basic salary of £15,000 and the opportunity to earn up to £35,000 OTE. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career with excellent earning potential. Full product training and on the job shadowing provided.
