One of the renowned multinational companies within the financial services sector is currently looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist for their Human Resources Department.

You will work closely with the Head of HR in the Hong Kong Office to provide C&B administrative support across a variety of activities. You will be supporting HR projects and initiatives that may include leading HR Function work packages, testing and providing expert know-how. As a vital member of the department, you will take an active role in contributing to the continuous improvement processes and follow through any changes to processes and transactions.
To successfully apply for this position, you must be a degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline with 5 years of HR C&B and payroll experience. Solid experience of working with international payroll service provider and sound knowledge of HR policy, procedure and process will be a strong advantage in applying for this role. Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication is a must to this role.
