Responsibilities:
- Help with getting up and going to bed
- Assisting individuals with personal hygiene and bathing
- Assistance with meal planning and preparation
- Support with shopping and light domestic cleaning
- Accessing the community
- Accompanying individuals on that all important appointment / visit
